Digitization of financial documents
The J&J GS Centre in Prague was established in March 2006, when it began providing services related to the processing of supplier invoices in the EMEA region. It later took over the receivables process, laying a key foundation for comprehensive financial support for business partners in the region. Thanks to its convenient location and globally successful ten-year history, the Prague centre has not only been providing financial support since 2016, but has also expanded into the areas of procurement and human resources.

Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) project of scanning and capture of financial documents and subsequent data transfer to SAP system within 24 hours of delivery, in urgent cases within 1 hour.
Since 2006, we have been providing the service of scanning and data capture from financial documents in the form of Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) and subsequent data transfer to the SAP system. This includes invoices and related documents (reminders, delivery notes, bank statements). The employees of the specialized DigiCentre not only have knowledge of financial documentation and accounting, but also the appropriate language skills. We process both original paper documents and scanned documents. Scanning is performed on Kodak Alaris scanners, and OCR is performed using the IBM Datacap OCR system.
Monitoring of the digitization process is provided by our own ScanLog application. For automated processing of scanned documents sent as e-mail attachments, we have developed the ScanCollector application, which ensures automatic download of e-mail messages, their sorting by validity and subsequent conversion into a uniform format.
