Census 2011
As one of Hewlett-Packard’s main subcontractors, we participated in the processing of the 2011 Population and housing Census data. Our services included data preparation, forms scanning, data capture, validation and generating output files for further processing.
We used seven high performance Kodak Alaris i750 document scanners to scan nearly 13 million forms, and the eFLOW 4.5 application for data capture and validation.
The entire operation and the premises, including scanning and validation, were regularly inspected by a systematic, independent and documented process of external audits in accordance with the ČSN EN ISO 9000:2006. The quality of processed data was evaluated with the help of measurable quality indicators, which meet the requirements and recommendations of the European Parliament, the Council of the EU and the Czech Republic.
