Software changes related to the end of Windows 10 support
We would like to inform you about an important change regarding software support for Kodak brand scanners. Compatibility with the Windows 11 operating system is no longer guaranteed for the following scanner model series and SW versions, unless specific versions or updates are met.
Kodak Scanners
- Kodak i2000 series: i2420, i2620, i2820
- Kodak i3000 series: i3200, i3250, i3400, i3450 (from Windows 22H2 update)
- Kodak i4000 series: i4200, i4600
- Kodak i4000Plus series: i4200Plus, i4600Plus
- Kodak i5000 series: i5200, i5600, i5800
Kodak Capture Pro (KCP) SW
- Version 5.9 and lower
