Challenge

As the number of clients grew, the company began to encounter a large number of accounting documents that needed to be processed efficiently and effectively. The company was looking for a solution that would significantly speed up the processing workflow while giving them control over the entire process.

Solution

We offered Uniqua Pojišt’ovna a.s. the processing of accounting documents in the form of Business Process Outsourcing (BPO). This process involves extracting data from all incoming invoices of Uniqua a.s. group companies in DigiCentre scanservice a.s. in Prague. All accounting documents are delivered exclusively electronically, invoice data is extracted automatically, and the extracted data is automatically verified and matched.

Automated invoice extraction reduces the processing time by half and Uniqua Pojišťovna a.s. obtains important data for further workflows within 24 hours.

Challenge

The increasing number of clients meant that the company had to process a larger volume of client documentation efficiently and as quickly as possible. The company was looking for a solution that would significantly speed up the processing process, minimize costs and at the same time give them control over the entire process.

Solution

We have offered Kooperativa pojišt’ovna, a.s., Vienna Insurance Group delivery of large-capacity production A3 scanners Kodak i4650 for scanning all incoming paper client documentation and production A3 scanner Kodak S3060f including A3 flatbed for scanning internal documents. Included was Kodak’s Capture Pro scanning application for converting large volumes of documents into high quality images for further processing.

Benefits

Despite the significant increase in the digitization of processes, Kooperativa still processes a large volume of paper documentation. High-quality scanning technology and automated extraction of incoming paper documents contribute significantly to bridging the gap between the paper and purely digital worlds and speed up communication with clients.

Challenge

The ever-increasing volume of the business agenda required a solution that would ensure timely, efficient and, above all, reliable document processing.

Solution

As part of Business Process Outsourcing (BPO), we provide comprehensive document digitization services for all of Clearstream’s European and non-European sales departments. The solution provided includes high-performance Kodak Alaris scanning technology and a team of skilled operators to process one to several thousand documents per day. The processing is done in-house at Clearstream’s offices in compliance with all strict internal security rules.

Challenge

Develop a project to process one of Komerční banka’s document agenda’s.

Solution

Since 2014, we have been providing Komerční banka with the services of our DigiCentre in the form of Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) for sorting, digitizing, registering, storing and managing documentation.

Monitoring of the digitization process is provided by our own ScanLog application. This solution records all operations with the document from its receipt, through scanning, data recognition, its export, storage in the archive and eventual shredding. At the same time, it allows you to find information about all operations that have been performed on the document and provides information about all the people who processed the document, including the time consumption of partial operations.

The ScanLog application complies with the requirements of the GDPR.

We have been cooperating with Volkswagen Slovakia a.s. since 2015 and provide application maintenance and support for the Invoice Reader (eFLOW, MaxPost, MaxFlow) and Kodak Capture Pro software. The system also includes our own ScanLog application, which monitors all operations and document content throughout the digitization process.

Insurance contracts digitization

Rixo a.s. provides online insurance services. Since 2018, it has been working on its own technology that allows the company to automate insurance processes and offer clients to compare and arrange insurance completely online. You can compare and arrange car insurance, property insurance, life insurance or liability insurance. It is the only comparison service that has a mobile app in which you can have all your policies clearly stored.

Challenge

Developing a project to optimize and streamline the forms digitization process.

Solution

In 2019, we started developing the optimization and streamlining the forms digitalization process for Rixo a.s. The first step was to set up a processing workflow on the OCR platform of the IBM Datacap Insight system. Next steps included sorting of input documents, implementation of the extraction engine for selected forms, manual data verification and other operations with documents including creation of export files.

Drivalia Lease Czech Republic s.r.o. was founded in the Netherlands in 1963. It currently operates in more than 30 countries. Develop a project for an effective solution for the digitization and data capture of leasing contracts.

Solution

Since 2003 we have been providing digitization and data capture from leasing contracts in the form of Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) for Drivalia Lease Czech Republic s.r.o. We process an average of 15,000 pages of documentation per month. A specific feature of this project is the irregularity of documentation receipt. Thanks to the sufficient personnel and technical capacities of our DigiCentre, we are able to respond flexibly to the current demand. The actual processing of the documentation takes place on powerful Kodak Alaris scanners and Kodak Capture Pro solutions. We use the QuickImage application to index documents.

Challenge

Project of digitization and extraction of defined data from personnel files and creation of import batches in defined structures for import into the customer’s database system.

Solution

During the project development in 2016, due to the nature of the documentation, it was necessary to ensure the strictest possible security measures during transport from 8 locations across the Czech Republic. During the processing of the documentation, all the security of personal data capture rules were observed in accordance with the requirements of Act No. 101/2000 Coll., on the protection of personal data and ISO 27001.
Scanning was carried out on Kodak Alaris flatbed A3 scanners, with Kodak Capture Pro scanning application. For indexing we used our own application ScanIndex.

MONETA Stavební spořitelna, a.s. started its activity in 1993 under the name Wüstenrot – stavební spořitelna a.s. Challenge

Develop a project for the implementation of a solution for the digitization of 50 different types of documents.

Solution

In 2011, we supplied Panasonic high-capacity scanners, Kodak Capture PRO scanning application and eFlow Integra OCR solution for digitizing 50 types of incoming documents. Due to increasing demands for speed and accuracy of processing, we upgraded the system to the IBM Datacap platform. The upgrade included the design and creation of templates for extracting bank statements from 7 major banking institutions and an application for extracting ID cards.

We are currently providing maintenance and required optimization and modifications to the system.
